Who we are

JZ Property Maintenance was founded in 2023 by me, Joe Zdun Jr., after several years maintaining roads and parks with my local public works department. While I learned a lot there, I wanted to do more—something where I could see the direct impact of my work every day. I’ve always enjoyed being outdoors and take pride in a job well done, so I started JZ Property Maintenance to help homeowners and businesses keep their properties looking their best.

You’ll often see me on-site, working hands-on alongside a trusted crew member to make sure every property looks its best. We treat your home or business like it’s our own.
